Shipping

Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Jini has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any special exceptions.

We offer Standard Shipping charges with free shipping for orders over $300.00

  • Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. We request you to provide full street address with pin code/zip code when placing order at our website.   • We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order on the ready to ship items. Items which require stitching may take longer, from 20-25 working days to ship.
  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Weekends will be dispatched on Monday.
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, please email customer care at support@jinionline.com.au with your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • We charge a standard International shipment charges and our aim is to keep the pricing low. However we may send international orders by sea mail, these orders will take longer time frame to be delivered.
